Can't stop unhealthy eating?

There’s a reason that diets don’t work...

When you’re on a diet, you’re fighting the urge to eat the foods you “can’t” eat, and eventually this willpower snaps.

Dieting inevitably leads to returning to old eating habits and regaining all the hard-earned weight that’s been lost. The key is to hack your brain to create lasting healthy eating habits. But how do you achieve this?

Train your brain through LivingLean.

LivingLean is a science-based course that doesn’t involve diets, willpower, or tricks. Using the brain training techniques based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods, you can change your unhealthy eating habits by retraining your brain. Finally end your cravings and achieve lasting results!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is cognitive behavioral training?

Cognitive behavioral training is a method of training the brain using principles based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is an evidence-based psychological treatment that have been shown to help improve mental health.

The therapy and training both aim to:

  • Challenge and change distorted thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors
  • Improve emotional regulation
  • Improve the development of coping methods that focus on solving problems

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is science-driven and based on both extensive research and clinical practice. This is why our courses use principles based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to train your brain and help you achieve your personal goals.

How does the course work?

  1. EXPOSE THE FALSE BELIEFS THAT YOU HAVE FORMED
There are things you’ve come to believe that simply aren't true. You will begin telling yourself the truth, and the truth is powerful. Once you know the truth, your true choice will be revealed.

  2. BECOME AWARE OF WHAT YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS TELLING YOU
As your beliefs are corrected, your thoughts will also change. As an unhealthy eater, you’ve repeated certain negative thought patterns over and over, and these thoughts have created an emotional sense of dependency on the foods and eating patterns that have brought you comfort. As you replace the negative thoughts with positive, empowering thoughts, you will find that the eating choices you truly want to make are easy.

  3. TURN CRAVINGS INTO WEAPONS FOR YOUR SUCCESS
You will rewire your brain to work for you rather than against you. You will probably be surprised to see cravings and urges - once something to dread – transform into sources of motivation and something you actually welcome…Eventually they will fade and vanish altogether. And then you will be naturally living lean.

The simple format is a lot like any online class, except you'll do more than merely learn something - you can expect to train your brain to think lean, naturally.

What can I expect?

LivingLean is made up of 14 sessions. They are video-based and split into short segments. The whole thing is self-explanatory, so just go with the flow. You'll take quizzes as you progress and be given assignments that will raise your motivation for success and enforce a naturally lean mindset. You will use something called a key to success card to help with the process of retraining your brain to live lean.

The method is called cognitive behavioral training, and it fixes unhealthy eating patterns from the roots, in the brain, where they were formed. This is not a diet or a trick. This is a way of life. Welcome to LivingLean - this time it’s forever.
